Company 2013 year-end appraisal work completed successfully. Which lasted two weeks time, by "employee self-assessment, peer assessment colleagues, subordinates eligible, the higher appraisal, the company leadership evaluation, everyday behavior evaluation" six procedures, the company's all-round evaluation of each employee.
